Kingz Review: The production, casting and storyline are solid. I decided to give this movie a watch, and I'm glad I did. I gave this film a B because it is a solid all-around film. 

Danielle Deadwyler and the supporting cast gave a really good performance.

Kingz Review: The production, casting and storyline are solid. I decided to give this film a B- because it is a solid slasher film.

I would have given this film a higher grade if it had not completely disregarded the logical approach of the characters getting guns to protect themselves.

I enjoy slasher films for their mystery, drama, humor and charismatic characters. However, I would appreciate it if writers pushed the genre forward by thinking critically about what a smart victim would do in these situations and how a smart predator would attack that type of person.

Kingz Review: The production, casting and storyline are solid. I finally had the opportunity to watch this film, and I decided to give it a B+ because it is a solid action film with good production and light humor that kept me engaged and entertained.

I would not necessarily compare this film to 'Man of Steel'. I think DC is aiming to give their characters more personality so they can incorporate more humor into their films. I really enjoyed the previous Justice League characters and films, but the characters did not have the type of personalities that allowed much humor so it required the films to rely heavily on action and drama scenes. I never noticed that in the past, but now I see that as a primary difference between the earlier DC films in comparison to Marvel.

That said, I am a fan of the previous Justice League lineup and would have appreciated DC for continuing it. However, I can understand and appreciate DC for wanting to be able to add the element of humor into their films, and I can see why they had to reboot the franchise to do that.

To wrap this up, I enjoyed the new Superman film, and I'm looking forward to DC’s future projects.

I enjoyed 'The Old Guard'. Netflix did a good job with this second installment.

Pedro Pascal is another actor that has been getting roles in multiple high-budget films, and he has been doing a good job in them.

I did not give this film a higher grade because of the ending. The film could have used a more intriguing ending.

I did not give this film a higher grade because it lacked intriguing action scenes. I'm sure the primary reason it lacked in action scenes is because the film did not have a large enough supporting cast to use for action scenes.

Kingz Review: The production, casting and storyline is solid. I decided to give this movie a watch, and I'm glad I did. I gave this movie a C+ because it is an all-around solid family film with good production.

I appreciate seeing Zach Galifianakis and Billy Magnussen in this film. 

However, as I've stated before, I don't appreciate when casting selections are inaccurate to the nationality needed for certain roles. For example, it would be inaccurate to select Jennifer Lopez to play a member of a Chinese family.

Kingz Review: The production, casting and storyline is solid. I decided to give this series a C+ because it has good production, casting and intriguing segments.

After seeing that the second season of this series was released, I decided to go back and watch the show, starting where I left off in the first season.

The show definitely has intriguing segments that kept me drawn in and led me to binge-watching both seasons.

However, the second season had multiple talking and singing segments that were too long and uninteresting. Also, the main character becomes an unlikeable person that is constantly childish, selfish, inconsiderate and ungrateful. I don't see how making the main character such an unlikable person is good for the show in the long run, unless her character is going to make some type of dramatic characteristic shift, or get written out with a new character taking the lead role.

Either way, the show is worth watching, and I am ready for the next season.
